This location seems to be a bit slower at times.Other than that, the food is very good.

I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews but after being disappointed time and time again I hope it can be beneficial.This location is truly awful.The employees are incredibly rude (except a dark haired young man usually at the window, he is very kind!) They make it seem like they don’t have any time to answer any sort of questions, only trying to get the customer out.In the past I’ve had an issue with mobile ordering 30 minutes before picking up because I knew it would take awhile, and still having to wait.Every single time, even when it was slow business.As well as every time I order an iced coffee it is usually never made correctly at all.I always wait to make sure my extras creams and sugars are rang up on the screen, but more times then others I don’t believe they read it when making it.This morning for example, I received two sausage breakfast sandwiches that were so cold the cheese wasn’t melted one bit as well as a Brown Butter cold brew with cold foam, that I ordered with 3 creams and 3 sugars with cold foam that when I got it had absolutely no cream or sugar, and for some reason they put whipped cream on top of it? I threw all of it away and wasted a fair amount of money for the last time.I always give this location a chance because of it’s convenience for me but I’m tired of paying too much money to not even get what I’ve ordered.I hope they employees can work on take their time to make sure the orders are correct, the food is warm and and they’re kind at the window and counter because I’m sure most of us don’t mind waiting a little longer to get our moneys worth.

I love their donuts and muffins! They are not overly sweet, have a great flavor and a wonderful variety.Coffee is great.I really wish they would put one (or some) down in our area in South Carolina.
