I stumbled upon this place after visiting an antique show in the area.This place has one thing I’ve never seen before and it is the only reason I go to Springfield anymore.The birria pizza.It’s not so much a pizza as it is a pizza sized birria quesadilla.I always get it along with something new to try every time.This time I tried the tacos trio and shrimp tacos.They were okay.Previously, I tried the enchiladas, which were very good.The service was extremely fast and attentive, I felt like the President.It was also a typically nice Mexican-restaurant atmosphere.I advertise this place to everyone to try the birria pizza and I’ll keep coming back as long as they have it.

I love this place.It's one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. The service is always really good and there very nice.Food is nice quality.Always accommodating if you have larger party just show up early!

My friend and I came at 11 on a Saturday.It wasn’t busy at all so if you like an early lunch, like we do, I highly recommend it! This is my go to Mexican restaurant in Springfield. The atmosphere is chill and toned down which makes for an easy place to have a conversation with your party! The food was spectacular! We got the Birria pizza, chalupa, chilli rellano and chicken with rice. Everything was spectacular and full of flavor. My only gripe was the chilli rellano.It’s not a traditional rellano, it’s filled with chorizo.Although tasty, I was somewhat disappointed with it, as I was hoping for a traditional one.Traditional is a pablano charred then stuffed with cheese, dipped in egg batter, fried then covered with sauce.Casa del sabors rellano was a small puck of chorizo with cheese microwaved on top.It was alright.I probably won’t order that again. The pizza Birria was the best part.I will come back again and again just for that!
