This place is AMAZING.
Shawn, the chef and owner brings the magic to food and to people. I had the fritata.
It felt like Jackson Pollock took inspiration from this presentation. When Shawn heard I'm from the UK and love my food he gave me a quick tour of the kitchen.
And it was impressive! The restaurant is so cool and so as the staff. Next time, I'm going for the French toast!

I struggle with this.
I had read about this place online and we just happened to going to be in the area.
Called and got a reservation last minute.
I was pretty excited.
We got there right on time but we were asked to wait outside until the table was ready.
Place is extremely small & crowded so no problem.
Except they didn't come to get us.
We went in again after another party came in and sat down.
Hardly any greeting at all.
Place is tiny, cramped, and loud.
Service was truly lacking.
No refills on water.
Coffee was so bland and tasteless.
Limited menu options.
There's articles all over the wall about how local & fresh everything is.
Hot chocolate is just Swiss Miss packets, juice is whatever you can get at any grocery store.
Nothing fresh about it.
When I asked if they baked the bread in house I was told no, they get it from Franz.
Not even another local place.
Just a major chain distribution center. Food was really delicious.
Sauce was some of the best I've had.
Eggs were fluffy & perfectly cooked.
But for $25 a bread bowl I expected a little more.
I also asked for salt and they brought me packets.
It was just odd.
Maybe this place was different 10 years ago.
But for our visit it wasn't worth the hype.

Great place! Insanely good and creative food.
Owner chef is super cool and welcoming guy.
Gave us a tour of the kitchen.
Hard to believe the amazing food they put out from such a tiny kitchen.
It’s very easy to make a reservation.
Just leave a message and they’ll call you back.
100% worth the effort!!! Order the lobster bomb.
