food is very tasty, above my expectation, service is great they pay attention to what customer needed. we ordered a lot dishes, none of them disappointed me.
The worst dining experience I've ever had.The waitress repeatedly complained about our service dog's behavior, despite the dog being well-behaved.She eventually called the owner, who, without any notice or communication with us, called the police to have us removed from the restaurant because we had a service dog with us.The lack of understanding and respect was astonishing. -- Reply to the Owner's response: The waitress approached us several times, and we agreed to keep the dog on our lap instead of the ground. She assured us that she had spoken with the owner and that this would be allowed as an exception. This was the last we heard from her.Our dog was well-behaved and didn’t disturb anyone. A few minutes later, the owner arrived with two police officers and, without any prior communication or explanation, asked us to leave the restaurant. If as a owner, you’re not going to stand by your word, then please don’t make promises. Additionally, the waitress never mentioned that our dog was disturbing other customers; she only advised us to avoid causing any disturbances. If there was a miscommunication, it could have been clarified. The lack of communication and understanding was unacceptable. Lastly, it's quite concerning that the waitress's front teeth were bleeding and there was no proper coverage or protection, yet she continued to interact with customers.
Owner response
Hi Tong, We understand the frustration and inconvenience caused by this situation.By law, we cannot refuse and ask for any identification of a service animal. You had informed our restaurant it's a service dog and was welcomed in without any issue. When one of our team members kindly asked if the dog can stay on the floor instead of the chair, you refused. Our restaurant continued to let your party enjoy the meal, but you could not control the dog's barking unless it's held on the lap. Our staff repeatedly came to the table and mentioned multiple complaints made by other guests, but you ignored our warnings. Eventually your party was removed by the police only because our staff provided multiple options for you and the dog, but you refused every request. When the police asked to provide a service animal identification for the dog, you did not provide it. We apologize the visit did not meet the expectations you had planned. Under the law, our restaurant followed the guidelines for any type of service animals and welcome them inside our establishment without questions asked. If you have any other concerns regarding this incident, please contact us at the restaurant, we would kindly provide the assistance you need.
Worst food ever. The wonton soup was flavorless and watery with clumps of seaweed and sad wontons. The fried rice with pork belly was stinky and tasted metallic with pepper and the pork belly was shredded into tiny unrecognizable pieces.
