Tia Betty Blue's is a hidden gem in Albuquerque! 🌟 The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a laid-back breakfast or lunch. I indulged in their massive Carne Adovada burrito smothered in green chili - absolutely delicious!

The blue corn waffles, piled high with fresh fruit, were a sweet complement. And don't forget the free drink refills! 🍹 The staff was friendly, plus the outdoor seating adds a charming touch. I can't wait to return for more of their scrumptious tacos and that incredible green chili! Highly recommend!
