I recently dined at The Vault and was pleasantly surprised by the vibrant flavors of their Vietnamese offerings. We started with the Honey Garlic Dry Ribs and Vietnamese Spring Rolls, both of which were delicious. For my main course, I opted for the Charbroiled Chicken Vermicelli Bowl, and it was a generous serving of fresh veggies and tender meat.
