If you’re looking for a delightful spot in Peoria, the Stetson Social is a great option! This local wine bar boasts a great selection of craft cocktails and 12 beers on tap, but it’s the food that truly stands out. During my visit, I sampled a variety of their offerings: 1. Brussels Sprouts - A delicious combination of bacon, bleu cheese crumbles, and chipotle honey made this dish a standout. 2. Beet Salad - Roasted red and golden beets with goat cheese, pistachio dukkah, citrus supremes, arugula, beet emulsion, and basil vinaigrette.
Fresh and flavorful! 3. Bruschetta Board - You get to choose three delightful options.
I tried the roasted corn with cotija and piquillo peppers, apricot jam with brie cheese, and green apple with brie and balsamic reduction.
Each one was superb. 4. Mac & Cheese - This dish features cheddar, gruyere, and parmesan over cavatappi pasta with a horseradish panko crust.
While I’m not typically a fan of mac & cheese, my guest ordered it, and it maintained its reputation as a comfort food classic. The environment is simple yet inviting, and there’s a small outdoor patio perfect for those nice weather days. Overall, Stetson Social offers fantastic food and a great selection of drinks in a cozy setting.

Loved everything we had! Our waitress Taylor was awesome and checked on us frequently.
