Not good not bad, but better than my experience at chipotle. My only gripe at this location today…., is I think they held back on putting some of the item selections when making my salad.I would have liked them to be more generous, because I think my salad fell flat today.In fact, I had to ask for more rice and beans and it still wasn’t a lot.Maybe there was a little bit of a language barrier the day I purchased.Not that there’s anything wrong with that, and all the other times I’ve been there, it wasn’t a problem.Anyways, today….I wasn’t exactly happy with my salad.

We stopped by last night and honestly it was a terrible experience.We ordered quesadillas, the girl told us it would be about 5 minutes for the large tortillas to be done and then got visibly irritated when we said “no worries we can wait” and stepped back in case anyone came up behind us.Rolled her eyes at us, slammed our food around once they were making it and then they basically slapped it without actually cutting it up.The flavor was great but the assembly was awful.The girl who we let go in front of us who got a burrito asked them to rewrap it 4 times and they said no so she said she would just do it herself and to leave the container open.I’ve worked customer service for 10 years, I don’t complain about people almost EVER because truly I know it can be difficult.But you cannot treat everyone who comes thru the door like a nuisance.It’s completely inappropriate.Spent nearly $40 (2 quesadillas, 1 kids meal, 1 drink) to be treated poorly and have to rip my food apart with my hands.I’ll eat Cafe Rio again but I won’t be returning to this location.

Within my last three orders, they have repeatedly messed up my meals through online ordering.The first time they messed up my order I had to drive all the way back up thirty minutes out and they offered no compensation or apologies, not even a complimentary item for the mistake.The next two times they messed up I didn’t even waste my time going back to get it fixed as I have just decided to stick with other places from now on.Management should be training staff better to read the tickets and to ensure everything is in the bag.Additionally, every time I have ordered online here, the wait time is 20+ minutes.This is understandable, however, despite this long time to make the food, they are always never done with my order when I arrive at the confirmed time.As a result, I always end up waiting more than ten minutes after my scheduled pickup time! Unless you enjoy not getting what you paid for and waiting past your scheduled pickup time, I do not recommend this location.
