I have given this chipotle multiple chances, but every time I cannot get a competent person to wrap my burrito.I don’t know if it’s an issue of not properly training the workers but it’s getting ridiculous at this point. While I was waiting for someone to take my order I watched a bearded worker beautifully roll a giant burrito.Eventually another worker came to assist me and when it came time to rolling the burrito they practically just balled it up and didn’t even tuck the edges.During this they also managed to tear a giant hole in the burrito despite being a very manageable portion of ingredients. My girlfriend, who was also ordering with me, was being helped by the bearded man and as you can see from the picture hers if flawless despite hers being a much bigger burrito then mine. So clearly there are workers who know how to properly roll burritos, so I am lead to believe that the poor rolling I have received every time I go there is a result of apathy or complacent management.I want to give this place more chances but I’m tired of overpaying for a messed up burrito that I could just go make myself for half the price.Whether it’s them literally rolling my burrito sideways so I get a bite full of sour cream, or giving me a mountain of rice and 5 pieces of steak, I have consistently been screwed by this location and if you go here hopefully you get someone who can roll like the bearded guy, but unfortunately you probably won’t.
I've given this location 4 or 5 tries since it is new and I figure they're learning; food quality and service has been terrible every time.Today I stopped just for chips and guac figuring how could they mess it up? First bag of chips I stuck my hand into in the car was literally wet, greasy and soggy.Went back in and got a replacement and the second batch was better on top but I had to toss the bottom half that was also greasy, soggy and disgusting.I could literally bend a bunch of the chips in half without it breaking and they were all glistening with grease. Can't believe I just wasted $5+ on this.
I haven't eaten at Chipotle in ages because of some bad publicity throughout the years. But this location recently opened not too long ago and I decided "meh...let's give them another shot and perhaps I will love them again." Well...that was short lived! Looks like I will avoid this location and probably not eat Chipotle again. When I first walked in, the first gal handling the tortillas and asking the questions of what ingredients you would like, she seemed great. But once she passed the burrito onto the next gal, I felt like I might as well have been in some sort of prison line. It was like she was moving 100 MPH and just scooped and dropped the ingredients on the tortilla like it was smush. OK...I get it, the line has to keep moving, but horrible presentation. When it came to the meats, pffft...hardly anything was placed in the burrito. She then handed the food to the guy who was working the cash register, and the two of them started bickering at each other for a bit. I figured...thank goodness I'm outta here! Get home and start munching away on my burrito. About 1/4 of the way into it, I see a hair (about the size of an eyelash). Gross I thought, but I decided to cut part of the burrito off and continue eating. About 3/4ths of the way into the burrito, I run across a nice piece of plastic. Are you kidding me right now? I hope there was nothing else in that burrito that I didn't see. Don't think I'll be going back.
