First, delivery was outstanding the driver was extremely courteous and polite.The 3 pancakes, that my little one was craving, were ample size, thick and fluffy and came with syrup and powdered sugar.She had enough for a second meal and she enjoyed them.I ordered buffalo wings and the 3 piece lake trout.I must say the wings were rubbery and undercooked but not raw.I gave up on them halfway through even though I made several attempts -even the air fryer couldn't help.On the other hand the trout was tasty and well seasoned with ample portion- even though it could have stayed in the fryer for a couple more minutes.The air fryer did do it some justice.I'll probably try again with The Royal Pizza, it's just a typical hometown pizza joint.The heft of the menu makes me want to try again.
Really wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from here.I literally live around the corner and it took 1.5 hours to deliver food that cost $85 bucks.The food that had meat in it was room temperature and soggy.When you call and try to explain what happened and see if there is anything they can do, your left with rude customer service and they don’t care what happened with their room temperature soggy food that took 1.5 hours to deliver.This is for sure, I will never order from here again and will warn others about it too.Definitely take your business elsewhere people.
I don’t know who the new ppl are that own this spot but their customer service is wack.I called for a deliver and wanted a sub and pizza special that they advertise on their menu.All for the guy to tell me I would have to pay for fries that should be included with my meal like advertised in the menu 🤔 7 dollars more at that.Definitely won’t be spending money at this place again.👎🏾 👎🏾
