It's difficult to understand what the staff is saying to you and vice versa.
The food always taste like it had been cooked a few hours ago.
The eating area on the inside is very spacious and the bathrooms are always clean.

Tried the drive through, but it was cones down no drive through.
Bathroom broken with self plunge encouraged.
Plunger was beside the toilet. But ambiance aside, service was excellent.
Smiling cashier.
Fast service and “Loved that Chicken”. Ghost wings were hellahot.
Blackened chicken was spicy enough but not overwhelming.

This is one of the most unprofessional places this side of Baltimore to eat..
it's bad enough that there is some language barrier ( for example, you place your order and explain exactly what you want, and they still will get your order wrong ).
And this is one more than one occasion.
This place sells refried chichen, or what seems like it's been sitting under a heat lamp.
The drink station, It has what looks like mold or it needs to be cleaned.
The fries are 90% of the time cold and / or burnt .Customers are always waiting in lines due to the staff getting confused by folks picking up their food vs folks placing their order, complete disorder.. While this place is convenient due to its location as a consumer, you are better off going to a different location where better customer service, while not guaranteed, is at least a possibility.
