Restaurant, New American restaurant
First visit, WOWZA! I was lucky enough to try a new dish (Proscuitto wrapped Asparagus, with Quail Eggs) that they plated up for the first time. Not only jaw-dropped gorgeous, but so delicious as well! Time quoted for my order was timed perfectly, and the staff (owners I'd assume) were very sweet and genuine. I couldn't have asked for a better lunch! You got a frequent customer outta me for sure!!!
The food looked amazing and tasted great but it took over 20 minutes for the food to be ready. Shrimp tacos: tooooo spicy for me & my boyfriend.Great flavor though! Zucchini hummus: really nice flavor for the hummus but kinda wish the pita was bread instead of chips. Also the salted vegetables felt weird Watermelon salad: a great combination! I really enjoyed this and it was super refreshing. Also really great berries - they were all very sweet Street corn: the popcorn was sorta weird but the corn itself was delicious!!
The food here is INCREDIBLE.I haven’t had a meal this good for under $50pp maybe ever. The ingredient flavors pop with brightness and the recipes are perfectly elevated comfort food. The porchetta sandwich on gf bread left me with an impression that lasted long after the last bite. It’s drool-worthy.I hope this family run food truck has massive success.*chefs kiss*
