Wonderful place with delicious food and friendly staff. The entrees are HUGE, complete with soup or salad, unlimited bread and a dessert. The wild mushroom ravioli was figuratively TO DIE FOR! We were lucky enough to get Carmela as our server and she made the night extra amazing.Super sweet service with a big smile and checked in often, even when the place was hopping! 10/10 would recommend.

First time at a spaghetti factory and had a wonderful time.Came in with a big party with a reservation at 630 and got sat pretty quickly. They were very busy on a Saturday night.Everything came fast and our server Shafara (not sure how it is spelled) was wonderful.Sour dough comes at the start of the meal and was fresh.I had the chicken Alfredo and it was delicious. The sauce was creamy and just enough salt. The chicken was a little dry but was seasoned well.Big portions! Shrimp Alfredo also very good.Shrimp cooked well.Minestrone soup had amazing flavor.Salad with the pesto ranch was delicious! Comes with lots of ranch.Came with ice cream at then end and it was nice and creamy.

It was quite cool inside with the trolley and the bar, very cool looking. Our waitress was very nice and we got served pretty quickly based on the amount of other people there.I went with 8 other people, and all of our food arrived at pretty much the same time, hot too! I got the jumbo lobster ravioli and it was SO good. The sauce was insanely delicious with it and I was really sad once I got full and couldn't finish it. The fresh bread and butter brought out to us was AMAZING, I ate way too much of it. I ordered an appetizer as a "side", the spinach and artichoke dip. That's the only thing I have a complaint about. The bread was rock hard, burnt and cold. And, the dip was cold, and not really like a dip.It was kind of solid, and had to be scooped. I "stabbed" the dip a few times with the rock-hard bread so it could be sort of considered as a dip.The dip itself didn't taste bad, but the bread was practically inedible as it was way too burnt and hard.
