People's Waffle

Absolutely THE BEST waffles in town - the ABC was more delicious with every bite, my buddy had the Waffles and gravy and holy cow I kept raving over to put some on my waffle sandwich I’m definitely getting a side of that gravy next time, I’m coming back to try the waffle flight! Had a chai latte and it was a perfect pick me up.
Very yummy.
Will be visiting again and again and bringing everyone I know cause WOW.
Kid friendly as well.

I can't get over how awesome it is that they do gluten free waffles! I have never had a waffle since my Celiac diagnosis and this was a treat and delight.
Getting to contemplate many options that sounded delicious was so special as normally I just have to take the one option I can find.
The service was really great, very hospitable.
Excellent waffles, the quality, texture, everything was just as I remember from being a kid.
The atmosphere was also great, love the vibe.

I’ll admit, I was skeptical.
My boyfriend was already thinking about lunch because he was certain he would hate gluten free waffles.
And we do not have diet restrictions, just popped in for breakfast.
And let me tell y’all these are some of the best waffles we’ve ever eaten.
Including regular gluten waffles.
This small restaurant knocked it out of the park and we were so surprised.

The waffles were crisp and flavorful without any weird texture or after taste.
The specialty flavors were to die for - sweet and fruity but the waffle never got lost in the dish.
The Benny was so good and savory.
Hollandaise sauce was tangy and did not break.
I live in Texas, but can’t wait to come back to Spokane, Washington for more waffles.
