The melting pot, in general, has delicious food and a fabulous experience.
You're given a melted cheese option, a salad, a raw meat and cooking style with lots of delicious foods, and a chocolate dip option.
All very delicious and super filling.
The menus are easy to read, and the waiters take you through the process of selecting your food as well. Half the time that I've been to this specific melting pot has been great, the other half not so great. Once we were seated in an empty restaurant directly next to another couple.
That wasn't very romantic or private, and the waiter was pretty rude. On a few other occasions, we also got some petty rude waiters.
When I'm spending as much as I'm spending, I expect much better service. Lately, though, we've been getting much better service.
We've had nice hostesses, waiters, and been seated privately.
I will continue to feel out how this goes and change my review if the experience stays in an upward tangent. All in all, a lovely dinner and experience here lately.

We drove up to visit today from Salem to celebrate my birthday.
It was a really fun experience and the food was very good.
The server Tyler-Ann really brought the excellent experience all together, ask for her if you can.
She helped us to feel so comfortable and was great at explaining the whole process and she ensured all of our requests/needs were met.
Very kind person.
The whole experience was amazing.

My boyfriend and I wanted to try the Melting Pot because we had heard such great things!! Tyler made our experience!! They were so attentive, nice and understanding that it was our first time!! Their recommendations for mushrooms and green goddess sauce changed our lives.
Definitely will be back.
