The Melt in the Gaslamp Quarter is a fun and casual spot for comfort food that hits the mark! 🍔 I tried the Mac and Cheese Grilled Cheese, and wow, it's the ultimate indulgence. The service was quick, even with a bustling crowd, and the upbeat atmosphere felt welcoming.
We also tried the Spicy Mission Burger and fries, which were tasty - even if the portions weren't massive. Plus, having outdoor seating is a nice touch for those warm San Diego evenings. Open until 3am, it's definitely a solid late-night option when cravings hit... can't wait to come back! 🌙
