Took a break from Italian staples to try The Hotpot Restaurant, and it was a delightful experience! The warm atmosphere and kind staff made us feel at home right away. We chose the spicy Sichuan broth, but it packed more heat than expected - be cautious if you prefer milder flavors. Loved the fresh veggies and thinly sliced beef, paired with unique dipping sauces.

The ordering method via the tablet is fun, but keep an eye on the cost as it adds up quickly. Overall, a refreshing change of pace! 🌶️
