Sinosteria offers a delightful twist on traditional Chinese fare without breaking the bank. The shrimp dumpling was a standout, full of fresh flavors and perfectly textured - light years ahead of the frozen options found in many places.

I also enjoyed the chicken with cashews and a vibrant vegetable rice, all surprisingly affordable. The owners were incredibly warm and knowledgeable about their curated wine and coffee selections.
