The Boat is a delightful gem in Seattle! 🚤

I stumbled upon this cozy Vietnamese spot and couldn't resist trying their Garlic Chicken with Rice and the flavorful Mì Trộn. Both dishes were cooked to perfection, with the chicken being super crispy and juicy!

For dessert, the Pandan Waffles were a standout, especially paired with their in-house salted coconut whipped cream. 🌿🍧

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for any meal. Be prepared for a wait, as it’s quite popular. Worth every bite! I’ll definitely return next time I'm in town...
