Hương Bình Restaurant is a hidden gem in Seattle! 💖

I recently dined here and was particularly excited to try their Bun Bo Hue and Bun Rieu. The broths were flavorful, though I wished for a bit more kick in the Bun Bo Hue. The pork meatballs were a delightful treat, sweet and savory!

I highly recommend their Banh Beo, which was filling, albeit a bit thicker than expected.

The staff was friendly, and parking was a breeze! I can't wait to return for their Bun Cha - rare to find outside Vietnam. 🍜 Don't miss this spot if you're craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine!
