I recently visited The Blind Burro for a casual family dinner, and it was a delightful experience! 🌮 The lively atmosphere, complete with bar seating and TVs for sports, made it feel vibrant and fun.
We started with the cheese crisp appetizer, which was a hit! For mains, I chose the carnitas street tacos, and they were delicious - perfectly seasoned with generous portions. The staff, especially Marin, provided excellent service and made us feel at home.
While some dishes were a bit salty, the overall ambiance and hearty portions make up for it. Can’t wait to come back for happy hour! 🍹
