Dining at The Blank was quite the experience. The atmosphere felt cozy yet elegant, perfect for a special occasion. I enjoyed their exquisite lamb rack, which melted in my mouth, paired with creamy risotto that balanced beautifully. Though we faced some initial service hiccups, once Alina took over, everything smoothed out, and her recommendations were spot on. Don’t skip the dessert - try their pumpkin pie, though it was a tad too sweet for my taste. Overall, a lovely evening in a stunning location... 🌟
