Customer Service is a F + Food Quality is not bad but the waitresses have forgotten there position.
I explain to the waitress I had condiments in my plate the last time and she argued me down.
Observed waitresses mishandling food at the window.
The quality of this place can be raised with better customer service.
I would on recommend this place for basic eats for the morning and evening.
I was reached out to about this place getting 1 star and I can see why.
If you sit at the counter you will see how the food is being miss handled Receipt is not itemized showing what you are paying for and overall it needs a adjustment.
Not a bad place to eat cooked food

This 3 star rating on the food us 💯 my fault. I asked the waitress to bring me the best thing they had.
And she said "Bet".
Then bought me a Philly Cheesesteak with fried okra.
🤦🏾‍♂️ To be fair, the thee Cheesesteak was good.
Bun was nicely toasted.
And the okra was also great...for fried okra.
Alas, I am not from the South and was flabbergasted.
That and everyone else's egg dishes looked amazing. Moral of this rant, if you go to the Flipp'n Egg order something with a flipp'n egg in it.

The retro diner look is adorable, seating is quite comfortable, and the service was fantastic, but all of that pales in comparison to the food quality. I cannot recommend the Lumberjacks breakfast highly enough! The hash and grits were absolutely delicious! I like their toast better than the biscuits, so I'll have to remember to get that next time. I usually can't stand the taste or texture of eggs I didn't scramble myself, but theirs were really good!
