Thai Express in Richmond was a pleasant surprise! The Tom Yum Soup was both aromatic and comforting - just the right appetizer to start off my meal. I opted for the Pad See Ew, and it did not disappoint; the beef was marinated perfectly, and the portions were quite generous. I loved watching the chefs prepare everything fresh right in front of us. It’s casual and family-friendly, making it a great spot to satisfy those Thai cravings. Will definitely return! 🌶️
