Tex's Chicken & Burgers

Ordered the 6 wings combo but received no wings, they put these tiny little pieces of chicken that were SMALL bones with little meat.
Look at how small it is compared to the fries.
Not to mention the fries they covered the box in all tasted like DAY OLD OIL.
It tasted old.
No crunch and bad taste.
No clue how they messed up ready made fries or how they have good reviews.
The burger patty was dry.
I was grateful it’s halal meat and the food was delivered fast but everything else was so bad.
I don’t even think it was chicken. I would rather eat nothing than order here ever again.
There are better halal food nearby that are actually truthful with their portion size and actually taste good.
Don’t waste your time and money here.

They used to have amazing food months ago, ordered on Christmas Day today, they aren’t busy at all.
The nuggets are old and dry, the fries cold and stale.
Just their spicy chicken sandwich was good.
Very disappointed!! This was a pickup order so I got home and was surprised to see the low quality… My kids weren’t happy.
Won’t be buying from this location again.

I ordered regular chicken and received spicy chicken.
I requested to get my order replaced and I had to wait at least 30 minutes for a fresh batch of regular chicken.
Once again I received spicy chicken so I requested a refund at that point.
The cashier claimed I couldn't get a refund from the restaurant because I ordered from the app.
Problem is that the app doesn't let you refund your money.
Therefore, I had to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes for my chicken.
I requested mild chicken once again I received spicy chicken.
The female employee with glasses began intensely arguing with about my order and demanded that I taste the chicken to show that it was mild.
There is a clear color difference between spicy and regular.
The employee thought I was stupid because she stated that legs are dark meat.
Once again, I suffered burning in my throat from the spicy chicken that I never ordered that was requested to be tasted and it was spicy.
ONCE AGAIN I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 30 MINUTES for my chicken because I couldn't get my money back.
As I watched the new mild batch came out, an employee requested that I tasted the next batch before I have.
After waiting 2 hours, I finally received mild chicken.
I will NEVER return to this location if I have to deal with employees wrong orders and arguing with me about my wrong order.
As far as there female employee, she had a lot of audacity to even raise her voice at me when it was the employees that stayed wreckless. What was really disappointing was that many customers purchased regular pieces and I still had to wait while those customers were receiving their correct orders that included legs. This will be reported to corporate.
