So...
get ready for a plate of catastrophe.
This place was called Dora.
(I didn't even know they had changed their name.
Watching the show with Chef Gordon Ramsey, name change is sometimes done so people forget about all the bad & get new customers.) Yesterday, Friday April 5th..
I ordered the family combo...
fried chicken, yellow rice, platanos, & beans.
They delivered.
The rice was undercooked, hard, & cold.
The platanos were old & tasted awful, the beans had a lot of unnecessary oil.
The chicken was the only decent thing.
I spent $33 plus tip on this "meal".
I called to speak to the manager & they literally acted as if they didn't understand me...
so I said it in Spanish....
the lady was quiet until I said HELLOOOO.
She said in English...lol...
the manager is here tomorrow.
What's the name? She said Yesenia.
I called today & now they said she won't be in until Monday.
I still have that nasty food in my fridge & I want my money back.
I'm definitely calling & or going there on Monday.
Will update you guys.
Smh.
P.S....I also got the Flan & it was mediocre. Update...
the owner will be on vacation for a month.
Smh.

I used to come here often.
I could definitely tell there’s new owners and it’s horrible now.
I ordered rice, beans, and stew chicken.
They were extremely stingy with the chicken.
They gave me 3 tiny pieces of chicken and they gave my boyfriend 2 pieces, also tiny pieces, if that wasn’t bad enough the chicken pieces itself were mostly bone.
Both our plates of rice were really hard as well.
I’m definitely not coming back anymore.
So sad to see the old owners go. Also I definitely feel like they should not be allowed to have the old owners positive reviews and photos… extremely misleading for people.

This place is horrible.
I guess new owners nobody speaks English , you place an order they send what they want .They never say they ran out or don't have .
All you get is Sorry I don't know .How can run a business and none speaks English? Just sad !!!!
