Fish was so delicious and fresh.Every roll had its own distinct flavor as well.Worth it to try the spam one too!
Quite wonderful sushi offerings here, this food truck has a great take on sushi hand rolls. The presentation is top notch, and getting to see the grill from the ordering window is super cool! Salmon was my favorite, balancing sweetness and savory was an amazing bite of seaweed along with a great accompanying sauce, and a citrus touch to make everything taste sharp. I ended up having a majority of the rolls menu, and everything was great — the tuna was very direct and a clear taste of tuna, the pork belly was not too fatty and blended well.Even spam/oyster mushroom were really well done with lots of flavor. Really enjoyed the experience here alongside Texas Sake.Definitely recommend the combo for a casual night out with friends :)
I really like the concept of Texas Sushiko. The rolls they serve are appetizing and packed with a delightful variety of fish. However, I did find the hand rolls to be a bit on the expensive side.Overall, the food was tasty.
