Had 3 each of the pastor and asada tacos on a beautiful Sunday morning.
Excellent tacos with 2 really good sauces.
I’ve lived in Texas and Colorado and these are right up with the best authentic tacos I’ve ever had.
The little red truck in the parking lot puts out a really nice product at a fair price.
Highly recommend if you ever get on the north side of Des Moines just off of I 80!

So delicious! The salsas are very good and the red salsa has a excellent spice to it.
Loooove the tacos here.
It’s a bit further than some places closer to our house but we will easily drive an extra 10 minutes to eat here.

The taco truck traveler is happy to find a taco truck.

I had the carne asada tacos along with a carne asada torta and I started it all off with a carne asada quesadilla as an appetizer.
The ladies in the truck were very nice.
The food was fresh and delicious.
Had a great singe on the steak.
I will definitely be back to try some more.
