Tucked away in Thornton, Taqueria "El Compita" delivers an authentic Mexican dining experience that's hard to beat. I indulged in the birria ramen, served with quesadillas, and every bite was fantastic! The horchata came in a generous size, refreshing and sweet. Their veggie tacos won over my vegetarian friend, claiming they were the best she’s tasted. The casual atmosphere is perfect for a cozy meal, and the free chips with salsa were a pleasant touch. Definitely a spot I’ll revisit! 🌮
