I recently stopped by Chipotle in Thornton, and while the food was up to their usual standard - fresh ingredients and great flavor - the service left something to be desired. The staff seemed overwhelmed, with a noticeable lack of attention to detail. My burrito was wrapped carelessly, which made it messy to eat.

I appreciate their commitment to healthy options and vegan choices, but be prepared for a potential wait. I might give it another shot, but it’s hit or miss here... 🌯
