If you're craving packed flavors and generous portions, Taqueria Brother Express is the spot! 🌮 I ordered the California burrito, and it blew me away - huge and loaded with tender meat, plus those crispy fries add the perfect crunch. Their agua de horchata is a must-try; it's the best I've had in Portland!
