Taj Indian Restaurant, now known as Silk Road Kitchen, was a delightful find in Houston! The non-vegetarian Thali I ordered was a feast for just shy of $17, featuring tandoori chicken, flavorful saag paneer, and delicious chicken makhani. 😋

The ambiance was inviting despite the plaza's exterior, and the friendly staff made my first visit memorable. The mango lassi perfectly rounded off the spice. My only minor critique: a few naan pieces were slightly overcooked.

Though sadly, I recently learned it is permanently closed. It will be missed! 💔
