Tacos El Poly is a hidden gem nestled in HydroBros! 🌮 I stopped by for lunch and was blown away by their quesabirrias - juicy, flavorful, and served with a side of excellent consomé. The casual vibe makes it perfect for solo dining or with friends.

I also tried their burritos, and they definitely lived up to the hype; massive and packed with delicious ingredients. Plus, the free parking is a huge bonus! If you're in Modesto, don't miss out on this taco paradise... you won't regret it! 😊
