Happy Dragon is a delightful gem on the east side of Modesto! 🌟 I recently tried their fried garlic chicken combo and cream cheese wontons, and I was thoroughly impressed. The chicken was crispy with just the right kick of spice and packed with garlic - definitely not your standard sweet and sour dish!
