Tacos El Güero is a cozy gem in Colorado Springs! 🌮 On my recent visit, I was warmly greeted by the owner who guided me through their menu. I tried the Tacos De Birria, and they were absolutely delicious - greasy in the best way! The side of rice and beans was complimentary for first-timers, which was a lovely surprise.

The bustling salsa bar added to the fun vibe, though I missed my favorite lengua. The only downside? I wish I had more room to try everything! Can’t wait to go back and explore more of their offerings. Highly recommended! 😊
