Tacos El Güero is an absolute gem in Kansas City! 🌮 The vibe is casual yet trendy, perfect for groups and solo diners alike. I indulged in their tripe taco, and it was crispy and delicious! The al pastor was also spot-on.

They recently added indoor seating, which is a lifesaver on rainy days! Don’t skip the horchata - it's the best around. Just a heads-up, they're cash only, but totally worth it for these late-night tacos. I’ll definitely be back for more! 10/10 would recommend! 🙌🏼
