Pizza Hut

I ordered a pizza last night and got green pepper on it.
I didn't order green pepper, because it makes me sick sometimes.
I called to complain about it and reached a very RUDE person.
I told her about my concerns and she asked me who's laughing in the background? I asked if she was talking to me? Then she said "I won't be if you don't answer my question ".
I was alone with no background noise, then she hung up on me.
I called back and someone immediately hung up the phone. I spoke to two different managers about my problem and it was worse than talking to "click 'em".
There was no real concern that their mistake caused me discomfort or sickness.
The manager I spoke to this afternoon said I should go to the hospital and sue them.
This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard from a manager of ANY place of "business".
I don't see how they are still in business.
The best part of my experience was my interaction with the Door Dash driver.
I will NOT be ordering from Pizza Hut again.
It's not good pizza, especially not worth $30+. Unless you want a terrible experience, don't waste your time or your money.

I’ve purchased food here for many years and this place has never disappointed but my visit this morning was absolutely awful.
This would be a one star rating if it wasn’t for the fact that this was the first time I’ve ever had a problem here.
It took 15 minutes for me to get served.
The manager was standing around preoccupied with something else which seemed urgent, which is fine, but letting us stand in line for that long without warning is very unprofessional.
I wouldn’t have written this review if they bothered to apologize for the wait.
Since I did wait, I will also add that the boss is wearing improper attire.
Open toe sandals with no socks on

I ordered a personal pan tonight from this location.
It was cold when I received it and wasn’t cooked to my request, which was extra crispy crust.
