I stopped by Tacos El Gordo as part of the KCK Taco Trail and was pleasantly surprised! 🌮 The Pastor taco was a highlight, wonderfully sweet with the added kick of grilled onions. Presentation was on point - 10/10!

The only downside was the limes; they were a bit hard and semi-dry (3/10).

However, the carne asada was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the refried beans were simply the best. Generous portions and friendly service made the experience even better. Can't wait to try their flautas next time! 🍽️
