Tacos El Forastero is a hidden gem! 🌟 I stumbled upon this food truck after a hike at Government Canyon and was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic food.

I tried the carnitas burrito and the fish tacos which were bursting with flavor. The mix of mini tacos (asada, pastor, birria, carnitas, and cabeza) was the highlight - definitely more authentic than those fancy restaurants! 🌮

The fresh ceviche tostada we received while waiting was a delightful bonus! Just a little food truck making amazing comfort food. Can't wait to come back once they reopen! 🚚✨
