I went to Taco Johns and ordered a Boss burrito.
wound up having a piece of plastic in it.
So i emailed customer relations and this is what i got back.
i wasn't looking for money back, which is appreciated, but i will not go back.
1st time and last time there.
they failed on 1st impressions.
Their response just sounds like a total generic which is disappointing and not how you win customers over.
On a side note: the potatoes were delicious!!! "Thank you for your comments regarding your experience at Taco John’s.

I think there has been some drastic changes here since some of these reviews.
The young man at the counter was very polite and thorough since it was my first time at this restaurant he clarified everything for me.
I tried the Grilled chicken burrito and the Taco Bravo.
They were great, tasted hot and fresh as did the potato olé. If you had a bad experience I highly recommend trying it again now that things are better there.
Ill be back again for sure

This place is fairly new to Kenosha, I tried it for the first time over the weekend and wasn't disappointed.
I had a grilled chicken Boss Bowl and a taco Bravo, both were pretty good.
I will be back
