A few days ago, I ordered the cheesy double beef burrito which definitely hit all the right spots! So pleased in fact, I ordered the same today.
What I got....wrap, rice, cheese sauce and sour cream! What's going on here??? HIGHLY disappointed

I ordered one soft chicken taco at the drive-through for $1.79.
When I got to the window, I was told my order was $5 and some change.
I said all I wanted was a soft chicken taco.
Employee said OK.
It would be $2.79.
He handed me one taco took my three dollars and said thank you and walked away.
So I paid $3.00 for a $1.79 Taco that is worth about $.50.
The money is not the issue.
The ridiculous service is.
I emailed Taco Bell directly and was told they would get back to me.
Never heard from them.

I like the new Cantina menu at Taco Bell. I visited this location twice within a week as we were staying in a hotel next door. They were friendly, the place was clean and the location was easy. The thing is... I ordered two Chicken Cantina tacos both without tomatoes or the Pico.
Not difficult, or so you would think.
I was given two Cantina tacos.
Both had the Cantina sauce, one with beef on it and one Chicken with tomatoes/ pico.
Both were wrong but in different ways. This is very frustrating.
The Taco Bell in my hometown also struggles with the "no tomatoes" or pico orders. We always say "We order what we want, they give us what they want us to have." If I didn't love the Cantina sauce it would just be easy to not go.
Lol Anyway, 3 stars If you go I recommend the Cantina items, good luck with getting what you order.
