I ordered a quesadilla and a few other items from this Taco Bell on Uber Eats.When I recieved my order I noticed a bug on my quesadilla.I called up there to let them know a bug was in my food & the guy on the phone said " since you went through a 3rd party app there's nothing we can do about it " this is so disgusting ...
We ordered chips and guac.Got the guac but no chips in our order.The dorito taco shell was completely disintegrated, soggy, and adhered to the cardstock folder it was in.My build your own box was good but my boyfriends meal was ruined in so many ways.
Run of the mill Taco Bell as far as what you end up eating.The problem is the staff, they are all nice and lovely people, but they do not know how to be in a kitchen, it took them 30 minutes of me standing my the counter in an empty dining room for them to realize they forgot to make my order, then an extra 10 minutes just to make 3 soft tacos..they apologise profusely, but it’s just comical how long that took. Also one time they ran out of meat and didn’t have any signs tell the customer that, they would just tell you when you’d try and order something with meat.
