Ordered a footlong on the app, got to the store and only a 12 inch sub was in my bag.She made the other half of my sandwich and when I got home the original 12 inch was someone else’s order.I’m assuming they mixed up the sandwiches and the other person got my sandwich but what should’ve been a 10 minute situation turned into something longer because of there careless mistake.
The food was okay but the employees are terrible.I go there from time to time and the employees are incredibly LAZY.I went once, a guy by himself, not doing anything when I got there, took my order and immediately went in his phone in front of me for a solid 2 minutes.I was the only one there, just wanted to get in and out but nope… these new guys are just lazy and rude, it’s ridiculous.It’s the same every single time, management needs to do something about these guys.
Ordered accidentally online to this location, they said they’ll cancel but never did.Can’t believe how lazy most of the employees are at this location, makes me wanna never eat subway again.They lied to me and stole my money
