I recently visited Taco Bell in Macon, GA, and while the atmosphere is casual and the service options are convenient, I faced some hiccups during my visit.

I ordered the family pack tacos, but unfortunately, only nine tacos were provided, and the hard shell option was unavailable. The soft-shell tacos were decent but lacked filling.
