I picked up an order for Door Dash this morning via drive-thru, while I waited the cashier was filling the drink for the order.
I waved and honked to get her attention but she didn't notice me, but Nicole was walking past on her way into the lobby and saw me.
She stopped dead in her tracks, she brought it to the cashiers attention but still she was interested, so Nicole walked over and opened the window and warmly welcomed me.
I asked her for a drink for myself, she was happy to serve me.
Kudos on great customer service and going the extra mile, even if it was just for a D.D.

Wish I could give a higher rating.
Staff were working hard but forgetting thing like sauce and napkins, straws etc.
This caused more people returning request the item causing a slowdown and packing the counter.
Also an employee was handling food,touching the front counter and then money without changing gloves.
I get it, it's busy but cross contamination is a thing.

They tend to be slow.
Almost most of the time I get what I asked for.
Some staff needs to pay attention to people wanting at the counter.
Most of all.
