I placed a mobile order for the drive-thru and when I got there it took about 20 minutes for me to get to the window to get a burrito, which was so small that my 5-year-old grandson wouldn't have gotten full from it.
I ordered a bean burrito minus the red sauce with extra cheese.
I got no extra cheese .
In fact, there was hardly any cheese on it .
When I have ordered off of the value menu previously at other Taco Bells the cheesy bean and rice burrito was larger than the burrito I purchased which was at least twice as much money.
Also, I had a reward for a free Cantina chicken taco.
I am thankful it wasn't something I ordered and paid for because I didn't care for it.
It really had no flavor, and also, the shell seemed different than the normal tacos it had a strange crunch to it.
It was kind of hard to chew.
Overall, it was not a great experience at a Taco Bell, and I love Taco Bell normally, so I was disappointed.
