Terrible customer service.We waited in line for over 30 minutes with one car in front of us and nobody in the dining room.We saw the bag of the person in front of it and it was a small order so it should not have taken that long .Food was okay-ish, workers seemed like they had sas, and the overall look seemed dirty.I wouldn’t recommend this taco bell as there are many more with faster service and kinder workers .
So after making an order through the app the night before where I was told the system needed rebooted that they couldn't receive my order or take orders, which is typical for this taco bell location, I decided wth ill try again the next day.Mainly because I wanted to try the grilled cheese nacho fries.Well this was what they gave me.This is the whole reason I even went to Taco Bell in the 1st place.I'd call the store but they always treat anyone with a complaint like a criminal, which is funny because I'm sure they get a massive amount of complaints.This location is really ruining the taco bell brand and to keep from embarrassing the company any longer they should just shut this 1 down.
Went here 2 weeks ago and by the time I had gotten home and opened the bag half the order was mine and the other half I didn't order.Food was horrible and Drive thru was backed up.
