Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a fun spot for quick bites and sweet treats! 🍦 I stopped by for lunch the other day and indulged in their iconic Bacon Cheeseburger, which was juicy and packed with flavor. The crispy fries complemented it perfectly.

I couldn’t resist trying their Blizzard for dessert - what's better than mixing cookie dough with soft-serve? The atmosphere is casual and family-friendly; the kids loved the playground!

Plus, the accessibility options were a nice touch, making it easy for everyone to enjoy. Definitely a go-to for a laid-back meal! ☀️

I work at the library, and we ordered ice cream from DQ on Wilbeth for our ice cream social at the end of summer reading.
Everyone on the staff was incredibly helpful and kind when I originally inquired, and the owner even gave us a discount in support of the library.
When I came to pick up the order (125 sundaes plus vegan Dilly bars), they had everything packaged and ready to go-- and then they helped me load my vehicle! Everyone who attended was happy with their treats, and we are grateful to have such a wonderful local business to partner with.
Thanks for everything, and we look forward to working with you again in the future!

There was a lawn mower in the front entrance when I walked in.
Like inside the building.
With cut grass on it.
There's also a baby in the kitchen.
Being walked around around the fryers and the other kitchen equipment and in the front.
I also noticed the employees didn't have shoes on.
Most of them had flip flops or open-toed shoes.
And half of the crew was not even dress code.
My blizzards upon 4 minutes of driving home.
We're already liquid.
The food was at least warm.
But you could tell the bare minimum was done here.
The fact that it wasn't even informed that the machine wasn't working when the blizzards clearly were not even Frozen.
Remotely is a little alarming.
And they knew what they were doing.
Numerous health code violations.
Not to mention all the ice in the front cake freezer.
And the fallen shelves.
I would not recommend.
I would leave a one but I've been to worst places.
Still unacceptable

Tried to order a two candy Blizzard (something I do roughly 4 times a year) and they told me it was 16.68??? I thought I heard wrong so I asked them to explain why 16.68? Was told I was charged extra for a two topping blizzard and that it was a large 🫠🫠🫠 in this economy?? I honestly thought they pulled the wrong order at first because a blizzard should never be almost 20$ unless it’s included with a meal or something 👀 Will not be back.
Not that my waist line needed the calories anyway I was just seeking comfort in the midst of a hard time in my life and I left wanting to cry from embarrassment from the clap back I received from the attendant.
You guys are normally so nice and have great customer service so what gives? Also, I had been up since 3am and accidentally called it a McFlurry when I drove up so that didn’t help my cause, but I knew where I was and had a moment of misfire in my synopsis ( they clarified the order before I pulled up so i shook off my momentary sleep deprived tongue tied event)

This is a very old dairy Queen it's interior indicates that facts not to mention it's not the cleanest dairy Queen I have seen. The food was terrible especially the hamburgers if that's what you want to call it.
They literally threw a hamburger with toppings and the lettuce in the microwave so when I got home the bun was hard the lettuce was still steaming from being microwaved when I try to pick it off of my sandwich, which by the way I threw out, I want even give it to my dog cuz that would be cruel.

Hi Keith, we're sorry to hear we did not satisfy your cravings during your last visit.
We appreciate your feedback.
We hope you give us another chance and visit us again. - DQ Fan Relations Team

Forgot my drink, gave me the wrong sundae and no silverware and staff didn’t act like they knew what they were doing or care.
The ice cream was gritty and not creamy, more like ice milk.
Didn’t taste like DQ soft serve at all

We're so sorry to hear about this experience, Alayna.
We appreciate your feedback.
We hope you give us another chance and visit us again.
