I swung by Taco Bell at 381 Palisades Blvd, Birmingham, and had quite a mixed experience! 🌮

On my first visit, Ariel's warm smile and great service made my day. However, on my return, things took a downturn - the wait was long, and they were out of many menu items. My cheesy fiesta potatoes were barely filled and lukewarm. 😕

Still, I can't overlook the kindness of Dominique M and her crew, who always seem to shine amidst the chaos! This location has potential; hopefully, they can streamline service and serve up fresher food next time…!
