If you want the rudest and most egregious customer service known to man, this is the place.
If you want to essentially be scammed, this is also the place.
They didn't even try to include the beef.
I honestly don't know what I did to deserve such horrible service.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a Taco Bell.
The night shift was annoyed by me trying to pick up my order that I had already paid for in the app, then made loud rude remarks after I received it and waited outside for my ride.
To top that off the food was terrible, the crunchwraps I got had little to no meat in it.
It was basically just lettuce and tomato.

Lying about the grills working just cuz they wanted to close early even though I showed up within the posted hours of operation.
But was asked if I was picking up food when I was just trying to order.
How do the grills not work if people can still pick up orders?
